Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Jiri Mourek Design Studio ("Studio", "we", "us"). By submitting a project request or commissioning work, you accept these Terms.

Services

The Studio provides creative services including logo design, brand identity, UI/UX design, web design and social media visuals. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes & Invoices

Quotes and preliminary invoices are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days. A binding agreement is formed once a final invoice is issued and accepted by both parties.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required to begin work and the remaining balance is due upon delivery. Payment is made by bank transfer in EUR.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client. The Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at the Studio's standard hourly rate.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project.
