Refund Policy

Because creative services are bespoke and time-based, the following refund rules apply to all engagements with Jiri Mourek Design Studio.

Deposits

The initial deposit reserves studio time and covers discovery work. It is non-refundable once the project has started.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has been performed and within 14 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellation In Progress

If the project is cancelled while in progress, you will be invoiced for hours already worked and any third-party costs incurred. Any unused balance will be refunded within 14 days.

Delivered Work

Final approved deliverables are non-refundable. We work closely with you through revision rounds to ensure satisfaction before sign-off.

How to Request a Refund

Send a written request to jirimourek@inbox.eu including your order ID and reason. Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
